What we collect

We do not require accounts. The contact form runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit data to us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in the message.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and, with your permission, credit you for a correction.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Storage in your browser

We may store your cookie preferences in your browser’s local storage. See our cookie policy.

Retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months unless it is needed longer to document a published correction.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for its use, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by the PDPA.
